Frequently Asked Questions

Where are your watches manufactured?

I do not shy away from the fact that our watches are made in China. I have sourced far and wide for the most reliable manufacturers with the best track records. I apply stringent quality assurance checks to the pieces produced by our manufacturer and work very closely with them to ensure that our standards of quality are met. I do not compromise on that.

What materials do you use for the watch cases?

I use surgical grade 316L stainless steel and marine grade CuSn8 bronze.

Why does my bronze watch change colour?

CuSn8 naturally oxidizes when exposed to the air. Various other factors such as sulphur and moisture in the air can cause the watch to patina. Every single bronze watch will develop its own unique patina which gives it its individuality.

Why did you use a Seiko NH35 movement instead of a Swiss movement?

Due to dial design and placing of date .

How long is your warranty coverage?

Your watch is covered by 1 year warranty from the date of purchase of the watch. Should you ever run into any issues with the watch, please do not hesitate to reach out to us and I am would be more than happy to assist you!

Will there be a delay?

This is a perennial question that microbrands face. I have worked out manufacturing timelines with my manufacturers and planned accordingly to factor in quality assurance measures. However, delays due to COVID-19 or government regulatory action is beyond my control. In the scenario of such delays, I will be sure to update all backers in a timely manner. Production photos and updates will be given periodically throughout the entire process.
